So, I know I have been a huge blogger slacker!! As soon as springtime hit here in Utah, we began to live outside! I had winter cabin fever and I was so excited to be outside doing yardwork or anything that wasn't inside. Also, Matt's second job at Emergency Dental closed. So he has been home an extra two days a week all summer. We have had so much fun. So I decided to post a few of our summer activities to try and get us back on track. So here's what we've been up to this summer.
April 2008
Porter's 1st Birthday!
June 2008 - We took a trip to CA for Matt's grandma's funeral services. While we were there we went to the beach with some of Matt's family. This was Porter's first trip to the beach. We had soo much fun. 
Slip & Slide - I think Max made me get out the slip and slide everyday for a while during the summer. He and Porter had so much fun playing outside. We all actually had good tans for a while.
The Lake - We probably went to the lake once a week; all summer long!!! (Maybe not every week, but definitely a lot). We lucked out because Matt was home on Thursday's. So, Janay (Matt's sister) & Buster & Connor (her boys) & usually a few friends, tried to visit Utah Lake as often as possible. We had a blast. Max & Porter are definitely Lake Boys!! They love riding in the boat and playing in the water. Thanks Janay, Buster and Connor. Hopefully we can do this again next year :)
Garden Boxes - I made Matt make me some garden boxes! I love them. Last year the weeds in my garden were out of control and I could never keep up on them. But this year was awesome. I barely did anything and they always looked good. So here's a before and after!

Michele I am so impressed you FINALLLY updated! See now you are caught up and can start blogging more often:) I know I see you guys cause I live close by, but I still like to see what you blog about. I think you need to post the pictures we just took of your cute family!
Yeah so go to here about your family! I am so jealous of your garden boxes. They are awesome. I bet you got the best produce from them and were the envy of the neighborhood. Your boys are so crazy cute and I LOVE their haircuts!
