June 2010

Tate - 6 months old
I love when babies try food for the first time.  You just expect them to love it because they are constantly trying to eat your food.  But with each child, this is the reaction!!!  Hilarious :)
Thanksgiving Point Gardens with the Birds.  The boys love playing here and especially love the fun company of our friends, the Birds.  They have a blast just running around and being boys!

The end of Max's first soccer season with the Silver Bullets.

Max had such an awesome coach.  He made such an effort to include each boy individually.  And he always made sure they each got a chance to make a goal or assist another player.  It really helped Max come out of his shell and be more confident.

Sitting up and so cute and smiley :)
Another fun outing with the Bird family.  Cortnie found this fun park where the boys could float and chase boats down the river.  What more could a little boy want!!  And thanks to Bryan who made the boys their fun boats.

Max's last pre-school fieldtrip to Wheeler Farms

Here he goes!  Six months old and ready to cruise.
Porter and his "tickle fish" or tackle as we call it.  He started this new phase.  Each night as soon as Max would fall asleep, Porter would find anything that Max wouldn't let him have or couldn't play with during the day.  And each night we would come in to find him sleeping with something he wasn't supposed to.  Silly boy.  He can be so mischevious, but his cute smile and sweet eyes just make you smile back.
Father's Day camping trip at Burriston Ponds in Mona, UT
This camping trip was just the beginning of our summer full of camping.  The boys love camping and everything that goes along with it.  We just love being with our family and having no other distractions!
Porter's baby frog.  He just loved it and wanted to keep it forever!
Max is becoming a little pro at fishing.

So happy just being together.  And especially sleeping in the trailer.  They think it's the coolest thing ever!
Happy Father's Day Matt and Pops!
Michele's birthday at the Rodeo!  Yes, we went to the Rodeo for my birthday and it was a blast.  Just make sure you take a good look at the crew behind us!  Yes, it's for real :)
Another night with Porter's stash.  The trophies are Max's trophies that Max will not let Porter touch :)  And the stuffed animals are another of Max's prized possessions that are off limits.  We seriously just laugh.  It's hilarious to come in and see what he has each night.
We spent an afternoon at a pioneer village with our friends.  It was fun for the boys to really see how they lived.  He there are playing a few pioneer games.

Another fun filled month.  I can't believe all of the stuff we fit into a month.  And I'm sure I am missing stuff and I can't post all the pictures :)  But we sure had a fun time!

Michele you are doing such a great job with your blog. I love how Porter takes things after Buzz is asleep. Your pictures are priceless and tell such great stories and memories.
